Recommended for all applications from domestic to commercial. Fire rated approved for fire doors.  Double sprung architectural grade latch. Fire rated Heavy Sprung Mortice Door Latch – This product is suitable for all UN-SPRUNG DOOR KNOBS. 

• 150mm overall with 130mm backset (ie, depth from centre of spindle hole to forend plate)
• The backset is the distance from the edge of the door to the center of the square spindle hole on the latch.
• 58mm height face plate plate.
• 5 Year Warranty.

Comes with both Satin Stainless Steel and Polished Brass for-end and strike plates complete with fixing screws. Also supplied is a dust box for the door frame which finishes the job nicely. 

Suitable for both domestic and commercial applications as this is a fire rated latch. You would fit this latch if you require a superior quality mortice latch.
