Architectural grade 3 lever mortice sash lock.  Supplied Complete With Both Lock Forend and Striker Plates and 2no Keys.  Choice Of Polished Chrome, Satin Stainless Steel or Brass Finish Plates.

• 63mm (2.5 Inch) Or 76mm (3 Inch) Lock Cases.
• 63mm lock will mean the centre of your selected handle or knob will sit 45mm from the edge of the door. This measurement is called the backset, and the 75mm lock has a backset of 57mm.
• 57mm distance between handle centre and keyhole centre.
• Featuring an adjustable strike plate for avoiding door leaf rattling & supplied with a protective microfilm, this three lever sash lock is constructed from sleek satin stainless steel with a solid brass guided latch bolt & lightly sprung making it suitable for use with sprung lever furniture.
• Ideal for internal utility garage doors and such like. Incorporating the patented Rotalatch bolt reverse mechanism, as well as a six o’clock vertical bolt-thru position at 21.5mm centers, this sash lock can also be used with fire doors & is even suitable for use with bolt-thru door furniture from 30mm-40mm centers.
