Fire rated Door Latch – Comes with Forend Plates for door frame  (NOT SHOWN) in either Satin Stainless Steel or Polished Brass forend and strike plates and fixing screws.

• Sizes Available – 63mm (2.5 inch) and 75mm (3 inch).
• The Faceplate Height Measures 125mm.
• 63mm latch will mean the centre of your selected handle or knob will sit 45mm from the edge of the door. This measurement is called the backset.  The 75mm latch has a backset of 57mm.
• Bolt through style suitable for lever on rose door handles.
• CE Rated, Grade 2, EN12209 FD60.

Suitable for both domestic and commercial applications as this is a fire rated latch. You would fit this latch if you require a superior quality mortice latch.
