We have recently introduced these 5 inch tubular mortice door latches to market due to high demand they have a 106mm backset. Comes as a complete unit with plates, screws and dust box tidy for door frame which makes it a nice tidy finish.

- Suitable for FD30/FD60 Fire Doors – BS EN 1634-1
- SUITABLE FOR UNSPRUNG DOOR KNOBS.
- The backset is the distance from the edge of the door to the center of the square spindle hole on the latch.
